Have you heard the news! Mr. Bill left Cross Creek Hospital but you can see him again .... He is working at Rock Springs Hospital (in Georgetown)! If you love him as much as we all do, go to Rock Springs Hospital instead !!!

All the staff was great. It was the first time in a long time I felt like people cared. Bill seemed like the guy in charge and was pretty amazing. Super friendly. The nurses were unbelievably patient. From what I witnessed in the short time I was there deal with an incredible amount of garbage and still smile and help. All the one star and bad reviews are from problem children. Place was great. The head docs weren't much help but can't win em all. Besides that nothing but good things to say. Thanks much.

Wow, talk about above and beyond. Josh was absolutely wonderful and patient. Helped me every step of the way; wife was in bad shape. Staff was kind and comforting even at 11pm at night.

It’s absolutely no fun being in any type of contained acility. The nurses do the best they can while being verbally abused. Bill at night is genuinely caring and helpful. Ray the case worker was re-assuring and very communicative. This is not a wellness retreat, it’s a facility to assist and treat various forms of mental illness. I won’t expand on my stay or the reasons that led to it. But I did not need to be there. Having to stay when your lucid is sheer torture, but the laws state what they state. I feel the opposite of what many are saying here. These men and women have tough jobs and they try to help as best they can. Food sucks, beds are hard, nothing to do, but it is what it is. Could it have been nicer?? Of course. But the people were kind in my case.

The initial steps toward long term recovery from drugs & alcohol can be very scary. It's often overwhelming finding a place that you can trust with your life or the life of a loved one. Briarwood does a great job softening the landing for anyone who needs physical separation at the beginning of their journey. The staff care tremendously about every individual, and come up with a personal plan of action in terms of what steps any person should take for the long road ahead. Do not hesitate to call Briarwood for yourself or a loved one!

Having a family member struggle with addiction can take a toll on an entire family. Briarwood Detox made the process of beginning to heal our family a reality. The staff was friendly, empathetic, and very supportive every step of the way. We felt confident in the staff’s ability to see this process through.
